    This item is a vintage metal license plate frame as shown. EXTREMELY RARE FRAME!! Condition is relatively good "New Old Stock" (never been installed). The only flaws are some minor paint wear from being shuffled around storage for the past 40+ years.....and....some of the chrome plating has flaked off with age, exposing the underlying copper-plating.
