    This item is a vintage metal license plate frame as shown. ULTRARARE RAMBLER-OLDSMOBILE LICENSE FRAME!!!! This frame has the art-deco "ribs" in the middle of each side vertical post...which is indicative of late 1950's or early 1960's license frames!!
