If you're building a serious M30 engine, here's a proper solution to replace the old cranky damper wheel! No more cracking of the hub, key or damper part, almost 1kg less rotating mass and a precise crank signal due to undamped solid trigger wheel.

The kit consists:
CrMo tool steel crankshaft hub to be used with ATI super damper (SBC recommended)
Lightweight 60-2 trigger wheel made of high tensile Domex steel (for original sensor)
Mounting hardware kit with oversized Viton shaft seal

Check
/adjust
your ignition timing after installing
ATI recommends a Chevy small block damper shell over 7" diameter in 2- or 3-ring variation
(ATI #917020, #917030 or #917073)
Balancing the assembly is highly recommended.
Please confirm your crankshaft hub has a 29mm diameter bore, honing of the center bore might be required, refer to ATI super damper instructions.
Use ATI torque rates and locktite on every bolt!
