Beautiful Tinted 1/4 Daguerreotype Photo of a Family / Group in Nice Union Case!

Quarter-plate daguerreotype of a family group, with wonderful original tinting. Housed in a very nice
thermoplastic (5"
x 4" when closed).
Daguerreotype has its original seals still intact. The underside of the glass is a
little dirty, but it looks great in
person and I can see no condition issues on the image itself. The c
ase is in very good or better antique condition
overall.. I do not see any chips or cracks, though there is some mostly light velvet loss on the pad.
