This book is full of beautiful pictures and plates. The leather corners have rubbing and chipping.  The leather spine covering is missing.  The cloth on the boards has wear (please see pictures).  The front and back board are broken from the book.  The binding is tight.  The front fly page has a 2 1/2" tear and a 3 1/2" tear.  The title page has a 1" tear.  There are about ten pages with a tear between 1/2" and 1" long.  Two pages have tears that have been taped back together.  One page has a 6" tear and two pages have a 3" tear.
