    Used COOL Older Metal "DON KOTT" Carson California License Plate Frame
    .  Advertised as the "Super Dealer".  Has a few small marks/scratches/rubs/some pitting.  Over all in really nice condition.  The black and white paint does show wear.  Nice and straight.  Could likely be shined up a little more --- I have only washed it gently in soap and water.  Made for a standard size 6" by 12" license plate.  Please view photos closely for condition.
    Will be shipped in a bubble envelope with chloroplast (plastic cardboard) backing.
