If you plan on towing a trailer or RV with electric brakes your vehicle must have a corresponding 7-Way RV plug and brake control module. This bundle accomplishes that. If your vehicle does not have any sort of trailer connector this bundle will provide you with everything that you need. All the wires going to both the battery from the controller and the wires needed to go to the included 7-Way connector located at the rear of the vehicle plus a 20amp fuse. It is easy to install, OEM style Wiring. This bundle is intended for trailers with 1-3 axles.
Brake controller unit provided is proportional, meaning in an emergency stop the proportional controller will match the braking power instantly instead of ramping up.
This is an economy kit with only the necessary components required. It does not include an optional auxilary wire which runs from the battery to the 7-Way which can be used to re-charge a battery on your trailer. If needed this wire can be purchase separately

Draw-Tite I-Stop IQ Brake Control Features:
A totally proportional electric trailer brake control, the new Draw-Tite I-Stop IQ is self-leveling so no level adjustment is necessary.
Utilizing the primary sensor technology from Draw-Tite I-Stop Ultra, the Draw-Tite I-Stop IQ now includes the "Boost" feature that gives users the ability to apply more initial trailer braking when towing heavier trailers. It works proportionally in reverse for backing into tough spots and includes a snap-in dash mounting clip and removable electrical connector that allows the unit to be quickly stored when not in use. You will appreciate the digital readout depicting a secure electrical connection, amount of voltage delivery to the trailer brakes and diagnostic features incorporated in the LED display.
