    Description

    The World Boy Scout Jamboree was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia July - August 2019.
    This neckerchief (necker or scarf) was created for the IST Staff. It is gray (grey) or silver. This was the necker that all members of  Ist wore during the jamboree. We were given one each upon arrival, but could buy more from the STAFF trading post in Basecamp ECHO.
