    Description

    The World Boy Scout Jamboree was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia July - August 2019.
    This neckerchief (necker or scarf) was created for the Listening Ear IST Staff. The Listening Ear Staff is part of the medical Staff. They were made up of Clergy and Therapists and handled emotional/medical issues at the jamboree. This was the necker that members of the program Ist wore during the jamboree.
