    This frame doesn't seem to have been attached or screwed into a vehicle
    If it was attached to a vehicle it was probably for a very short time
    Condition is excellent with minor discoloration on the letters due to age/storage
    I purchased these at an estate sale in Houston, TX, therefore this is really all I know about this item
