    Description

    This item is a vintage metal license plate frame as shown. Backside of this frame says "ROBERT W. BROWN & CO. DOWNEY, CALIFORNIA".
    Condition is relatively good with paint loss and pitting of the chrome.
    PLEASE NOTE: The lower mounting holes are indented inward due to over-tightening. Not a huge deal....but certainly should be mentioned.
