This reel has a strong smooth retrieve, the reel spins soothe and free when casting or reeling, the drag is good, and the anti-reverse function works correctly. The reel does have scratches and scrapes on the main parts, but that is about the wear that I see on this reel. This is a right hand reel only. The reel has been cleaned, oiled, and lubed and it works well. Please view all the photos and consider them as part of the description.
