    Description

    Simplicity 8640 from 1999. Misses two-piece dress. dress has slightly flared  pull on skirt with elastic waistline casing, concealed drawstring forming side gathers and self fabric flounce attached to skirt lining. Tunic with side zipper, sweetheart neckline, long bell sleeves and contrast bodice front inset with lace or sheer overlay has peplum with shaped hem and purchased tassels. View A has contrast pointed collar and sleeve trim with covered buttons has front panel trim with lace or sheer overlay. View B with purchased lace motifs has lace or sheer sleeves with ribbon trim. Sash has gathered front stitched to tie ends.
