It has never been on a vehicle. The scratches on the paint are from storage. The colors are original, black and green. Good quality metal not the plastic junk.  Ask any questions as needed. Packages have sat in a USPS facility for weeks !  FedEx and UPS many times are better and generally more expensive.  If my receiving good feedback is dependent upon prompt delivery time from the shipper,  go away and buy somewhere else !
