Very interesting letter from Stalag 12A in Germany sent by an Italian POW, a former ally, to his home in Italy in 1944.  The Germans didn't take a lot of Italian prisoners unless they actually joined the allies in taking up arms against the Germany army, so this one is pretty scarce.  Can't read Italian, but, can see that he mentions cigarettes!  Very interesting letter showing how POW mail was handled, doubly interesting that the POW was a former ally!
Buyer to pay for USPS first class postage, will ship to U.S. addresses only, please ask questions first, all sales final, no refunds or returns, I do my best to describe things accurately.  Thanks!
